Hello and welcome to Artis Studio!
Thank you for signing up your child to our After-School program. You have just taken a very important step to enhance the future of your child as a creative, independent individual.
Just some quick notes to keep in mind:
Make up classes:
Artis Studio offers one make up class per month. If your child misses one class, we kindly ask that you email us when you would like to have a make up (within the same month). Make ups can be done during any of our listed group classes during the week. If your child is sick or unable to attend for any reason we ask that you please let us know which class would work best for your make up. We are not able to add an extra week to the monthly invoice to compensate for the missed class. No refunds will be applied to the account for any missed class unless: the class is cancelled on our part or we are holding camps.
Weather:
Please remember if Huntsville and Madison school districts close due to weather inclement, we do too (unless stated otherwise). We ask that you please email us to schedule a make- up class at the time.
Holidays:
We still hold classes during holidays unless other wise noted. If the studio closes during a Holiday, you will be notified via Email and a class will be added to your monthly registration.
Summer break:
Artis Studio will be open during summer break 2019. We will still be having classes and workshops as well as Summer Camp.
Schedule change:
Student's are welcome to switch class days if a better schedule option is available for them.
Please remember our schedule shifts a bit whenever we have day camps at the studio.
Registration fee:
Artis Studio charges a yearly $30 registration fee for new students.
Registration payments are accepted through our website, by mail and in person. We accept the following types of payments: Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All invoices for registered students MUST be paid through the quickbooks link on the invoices.
Photography: Artis Studio reserves the right to photograph activities that occur on its premises. This includes students in class and student artwork for use in promotional materials. Please notify us in advance of the start of class if this is a concern for us to accommodate.
Dress to make a mess:
Art can be equal parts fun and mess. Artis Studio provides aprons for the students but paint and glue ( and anything in between) still manages to crawl to your child’s clothing. This is why we ask to not dress your child in precious garments when coming to art class.
